ALL EBS ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY Tuesday, May 14th, 2024 at 11:59PM
Your box is included with your EBS order
You can pick up your box(es) from the Frist
Campus Center on May 3rd, May 7th, May 10th, or May 14th between 11 AM and 3 PM.
Boxes will also be available at all drop
off locations (listed below) on Wednesday May 8th from 11 AM to 3 PM.
You can drop off your packed box(es) on Wednesday May 8th or Wednesday May 15th at any of
our five drop off locations, between 11am and 3pm. (listed below)
You must pick up your EBS boxes in the fall on September 1st or 2nd, 2024. (refer to our
customer agreement for additional details)
Spring drop off/Fall pickup locations: Forbes Lawn, Dillon Gym, Rocky/Mathey Courtyard, Butler Lawn, NCW/YEH Turf
Moving & Storage does not guarantee insurance for the contents of boxes that are not properly
sealed and/or have items falling out.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Those who plan to study abroad, take a leave of absence, or arrive early in the fall are
NOT eligible for Economy Box Storage(EBS).

EBS price includes the box (18.1" x 18" x 16"), label and up to $100 insurance. For details and restrictions, see Customer Agreement.
